Andreas Ahlenstorf 160377405c fix: remove link to artefacts that have expired (#12550) ... Forgejo erroneously links to Forgejo Actions artefacts that have been deleted due to expiration. The commit message of 460a2b0edf that introduced the feature describes the desired behaviour: "artifacts link in actions view should be non-clickable text when expired."
