RaymondKroon 81f20a69b6 fix: do casefolding in OAuth2 account autolinking (#10072) ... Resolves #9992. Creating new users will make sure to avoid creating duplicate users where the only difference is a casing. Error handling did not handle this correctly, resulting in 500. This is fixed by searching for LowerName in the error handling.
