famfo e7f5c492f3 fix(user): set ActivityPub users to ProhibitLogin (#10434) ... * sets all cached ActivityPub users to ProhibitLogin * creates a new UserType to uniquely identify users from ActivityPub This has the side effect that ActivityPub users will no longer be listed in the admin view.
